On behalf of the Windsor Place Condominium Association, we would like to take a moment to welcome you to the association and your new home.

If you haven’t already, please take a moment to fill out our Windsor Resident Contact form below. The information in this form will be used to grant you access to the Windsor Place Website and Owners Documents Folders in our Google Drive. Every adult who lives in your unit is welcome to fill out this form so that we may email everyone with monthly updates, meeting notices, and other communication. If you ever have any questions, comments, or concerns for the Association Board, please contact us via the Contact Us form on the Home Page or at our email address (hoa@windsoromaha.com) so that we can respond accordingly.

Once you've filled out the form below, we can give you access to the Windsor Place Owners Website, secure.windsoromaha.com, where you will find information about the building, association, events, meetings, and financials. We have forms to recommend and find electricians, movers, plumbers, and other service providers who have done good work for the condo owners here. Our website is a Google Site and a note about that: this login-required site works very well with Gmail accounts, but might be difficult to access with other email accounts. If you would like to access the website, it might be best to create a free Gmail account for use as your login credentials (you can continue using your preferred email in communications with the Association).
